Superior Rooms

Our Superior Rooms offer a tranquil haven with spacious interiors and the option for additional guests on floor mattresses. Each room features either a plush king-sized bed or cozy twin beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Wake to the serene views of the surrounding paddy fields and coconut groves through large picture windows that invite the natural beauty indoors. Stay comfortable with air conditioning, keep your belongings organized in the wardrobe, catch your favorite shows on the television, or stay connected with WiFi. A desk and chair provide a convenient space for work or relaxation.

The modern, luxurious ensuite bathrooms feature high-pressure hot showers, premium bath linens, and deluxe amenities for a truly indulgent experience.

Standard Rooms

Our Standard Rooms offer a tranquil retreat, each comfortably accommodating two guests. Wake to the lush views of paddy fields and coconut groves through large picture windows that invite the outside in.

Cool down with air conditioning, unwind with your favorite shows on the television, or stay connected with WiFi. Each room features a plush king-sized bed or twin beds, a wardrobe to store your belongings, and a desk and chair for your convenience.

The modern, luxurious bathrooms offer a spa-like experience with high-pressure hot showers, premium bath linens, and deluxe amenities, ensuring a refreshing and revitalizing stay.

Central Courtyard

The focal point of the house, this traditional design element defines the house's old-world Manduva aesthetic. Promising natural air-circulation and ample daylight, terracotta-tiled roofs slope inwards into the sunken courtyard and regulate indoor temperatures during humid summers and heavy rains. Open-sided corridors wrap themselves around the space. The floors are cool to the feet with Vadapalli tiles. All rooms lead-off from the corridors. In one corner, a collage of photo frames depicts the presiding deities of the Pancharama Kshetra temples. In the opposing corner, there is an intimate seating for two framed by waterscapes.

The courtyard is perfect for small family get-togethers, pre-wedding & other ritual ceremonies. It also serves as a wonderful backdrop for photoshoots and commercial film shoots.

Lounge

The air-conditioned lounge is inspired by a colour palette of blue skies and green paddy fields. Comfortable fabric sofas and elegant art-deco furniture are laid-out in front of a large screen television. The walls are adorned with photoframes celebrating the natural landscapes of the Godavari Delta and Bay of Bengal. Large picture windows look out over the sprawling gardens and the views outside. After a day’s explorations, both physical and spiritual, there is nothing better than to kick-back with a cool coconut drink or a cup of coffee and some crisp Andhra snacks in the quiet comfort of this space.

Dining Room

The Dining Room celebrates local vegetarian Andhra cuisine that is reflective of the fertile Konaseema region. Fresh, local seasonal produce makes it way magically out of the kitchen and adorns bright green banana leaves or shiny steel thalis. The large dining table creates an opportunity for guests to commune and trade stories as if one big family.

In this warm, inviting space, the walls have collages of old family pictures of the homeowners as well as those of the Draksharamam temple which they are inextricably connected to.

Attached is a powder room, convenient for use during family meets and celebrations.
